Q.  Once I place my order, how long will it be before I receive it?

A. We ship to, from and within select countries in U.S, Europe and Asia.

For all orders within the USA, please allow 3 – 14 business days for delivery.

For all orders outside of the USA, please allow up to 21 business days for delivery.

 

Q. I want to find out the status of my order. Will I be able to track my order?

A. Yes, you will receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped.

 

Q.  I only received part of my order. Where is the rest?

A. If you have ordered multiple products, when possible, we try to pack all of your orders together. However, occasionally your products might be picked from different warehouses to minimize the processing time. Therefore it may arrive at different times and have different tracking numbers.

 

Q. My product has missing parts or is broken. What do I need to do?

A. We have a Quality Assurance team that looks at each item by sight to help minimize this happening. However, we realize there are some limitations with them not being able to open the packaging. So if you reach us through our contact form, we will be happy to resolve the problem.

 

Q. I just placed my order but decided that I want to cancel it. What do I need to do?

A.  Given that we are processing and shipping orders worldwide, we batch out our orders multiple times a day. To cancel your order, it is important that we hear from you by midnight EST on the day you placed your order. Otherwise your order will be processed and shipped out according to our terms. And you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
