At Planet Live Free it is our hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t always work out that way.
NOTE: All clothing and customized items are made to order and therefore are non-returnable unless there is a defect.
All other products are eligible for returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase based on the following condition(s):
DON’T LIKE IT OR DON’T NEED IT?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging as it must be unworn, unwashed, unused or otherwise in the same condition that you received it.
DEFECTIVE OR NOT WORKING
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We will also require a photo as proof of a defective item. This is needed by the manufacturer to process a claim with them and to ensure this product will not cause a potential risk to others.
CREDITS & REFUNDS
If you request a refund, you will be given the full purchase price (excluding delivery charges and/or discounts). This refund will be credited using the original payment method (no exceptions).
Given the returned item(s) meet all the conditions above, we’ll issue the credit and notify you within 48 hours of of receiving your item(s), but please allow 3 – 7 business days for the credit to reflect in your account as it varies by financial institutions.
DISCOUNTS & COUPONS
Coupons and discount codes must be entered at the time of purchase. Coupons can not be applied or credited to any order that has already been placed.
